Use this letterbox installation channel as a guide for installing your letterbox into a brick, render, or gabion wall.
Made from galvanized steel and telescopes from 250mm-470mm deep to match our Telescopic or Fixed letterboxes if needed.
It will come as two pieces, one smaller that slides into the other. The internal space is made big enough that our letterboxes will slide in comfortably.
An installation channel is highly recommended for gabion wall letterbox installations. The channel will protect the letterbox from damage, and keep the rocks from directly weighing down on it.
It is also practical for brick walls, as the bricklayer can use it as a template to brick around. This also stops the letterbox from taking the weight of the bricks being laid directly on top of it.

Bolt-on numbers are only offered in a classic Times New Roman font and attach to the front of your letterbox with a smooth seamless look.
They are only available in one size, 75mm and the three colours listed - gold, black and silver.
Numbers can only be bought one at a time, so after adding one to your cart, navigate back to the number page to buy a second one if needed.
These numbers are 100% Made in Australia.
Stainless steel stick-on numbers. Perfect for sticking to smooth surfaces such as the front face of a letterbox.
Numbers can be purchased separately for the above price per number. If you are purchasing a new letterbox, all numbers are free of charge and ordered on the same page as the letterbox.
Our stainless steel stick-on numbers offer a stylish and aesthetic way to display your house number. You could attach these to your existing letterbox, or install them on an exterior wall or fence to make your street number more obvious.

These letterbox no junk mail vinyl labels are an aesthetic way to ward off unwanted junk mail. They are made from printed vinyl that we apply to the letterbox faceplate for a smooth, attractive and recognizable look. The vinyl is outdoor-rated and waterproof.
They are available in a selection of five colours* and are supplied in Arial font. Other fonts can be done on request depending on availability. They are default 12mm high.
If included in the same order as a letterbox, we will apply the label to where we think it looks best and is most visible. This is generally centred across the rain hood on letterboxes with rain hoods, or centred just below the slot for those without. You are welcome to provide us with instructions for an alternative location in the comments of your order.
If ordered by itself to adhere to your own surface, please be aware they can be tricky to stick on, even when following our guidelines on the "Installation" tab.
Vinyl letterbox number strips are often seen on older-style multibanks to display a number or business name. They will sit within a channel that is designed to fit these strips.
This includes the black strip and the vinyl text with the following formatting...

The black strip itself has the following dimensions...
355mm long x 18mm high
These can be cut to length to suit smaller boxes, but they are not available in any longer lengths. We suggest purchasing two to fill any leftover space.
If you do not want a number or label please leave text box blank. The maximum amount of characters that will fit across the entire strip is roughly 35.
This does not include the letterbox door. Please contact us directly for these.
Locks & Keys
Letterbox lock broken? Lost a key? Here you can find all our available locks and the keys to match them.
A new key lock for your letterbox if yours needs replacing.
All key locks come with 2 keys matched to them.
Locks work with a key assigned to them through a serial number.
Key locks can easily be installed by slipping the tongue through the lock hole in the door, and fastening it with the nut on the rear side.
NOTE:Our keys only work with our locks. If your lock does not look exactly like ours these keys will not work. See our locks here. If you are unsure please contact us with photos of your lock. Restocking fees apply for returned keys that did not work.
If you are ordering this key because you lost the key to your letterbox, please use an alternate shipping address. Unfortunately, even if you instruct the courier to not put the package in the letterbox, this can get missed, so to be safe have the key delivered elsewhere such as your workplace, a family member or friend's house.
A new latch lock for your letterbox if yours needs replacing.
Latches provide you with the ability to attach your own padlock for added security, or you can leave it unlocked with no need for keys at all.
A padlock can be inserted through the hole in the bottom.
